What is kids yoga?
Kids yoga is a playful and engaging way for children to move their bodies, calm their minds, and explore their imagination. Through simple poses, stories, games, and breathwork, yoga helps kids build strength, balance, focus, and emotional resilience, all while having fun! It’s not about perfect poses, but about creating a safe space where every child feels free to express themselves, connect with others, and learn tools they can carry into everyday life.

Kids Classes
Kids-only yoga sessions offer a playful and supportive space where little ones can move, breathe, and grow. We meet children where they are, transforming each session into a joyful, imaginative adventure through storytelling, movement games, animal-inspired poses, music, and mindful play. Kids are engaged because they want to be, nurturing flexibility, focus, emotional awareness, and confidence.

Family Yoga Workshops
For shared moments and mindful connection, our family yoga workshops invite everyone to stretch, laugh, and relax together. Family yoga offers a multitude of benefits: quality time together, stronger connection and trust, improved emotional wellbeing, active movement and body awareness, a sense of belonging, and the development of life-long skills. Yoga isn’t about being flexible or doing perfect poses - it’s about being together. You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or even “good” at yoga. All you need is a willingness to move, play, and connect with your child in a fun and relaxed space. There’s no right or wrong - just moments shared.
“Teaching children yoga is one of the greatest gifts we can offer - giving them tools for self-regulation, focus, and inner calm that will serve them for a lifetime.”
Teresa Anne Power (author of The ABCs of Yoga for Kids)
